The following terms and conditions constitute the Refund Policy of Guru Om Yoga.

Terms and Conditions for refund – effective from 2 January 2024

Cancellations by Attendee

1. Saturday Summer Series passes are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled class time. Passes are non-transferable to another person.
2. Registration fees for Private Classes are fully refundable up until 5 days before with a written prior notice provided to Guru Om Yoga. We will refund all your money without any questions asked.
3. Registration fees for Workshops are fully refundable up until 20 days before the event with a written prior notice provided to Guru Om Yoga. No refund will be given for cancellations made 19 days or less of the scheduled workshop.
4. Registration fees for Retreats are fully refundable up until 60 days before the retreat, except any deposit paid which is non-refundable. Cancellations made 30-59 days of the scheduled retreat are eligible for 50% refund of the full payment, less any deposit paid. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days of the scheduled retreat.
5. No-shows to any classes, workshops, retreats or any other events are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Guru Om Yoga

1. Guru Om Yoga reserves the right to cancel an event at any time.
2. You can choose to either request a 100% refund, or receive a credit and transfer your booking to a new date.
